Tea? Why, yes.

First off, I love tea, especially green tea. It tastes good, and I drink it all the time. While this may also be because I don't like soda... meh, it's still good. Just a few benefits of tea:

  1. It's pretty much flavored water, and everyone needs to stay hydrated!
  2. No calories; zero, zip, nada. Unless you add stuff of course.
  3. TONS of antioxidants, meaning they can get rid of feeling weak and tired in the morning.
  4. Green tea boosts the immune system. No more getting sick in the winter!
